Fine silt, trail dust, and mud are brutal on tight tolerance components. The factory brushes inside the alternator are built with very tight clearances, which can allow ultra fine dust and silt to cause binding and sticking over time. When that happens, charging output drops or stops completely.
The Bucking Adventures replacement brush set is designed with a slightly looser, trail-focused tolerance to handle the most common alternator failure point. This helps reduce the chance of the brushes jamming when exposed to fine silt, sand, and repeated off road vibration. The result is more consistent contact, more reliable charging, and a better chance of getting back to camp under your own power.
Be back to charging and burning up the trails in less than 90 minutes with some basic hand tools and some mechanical knowledge!

How does the BroncoNest Hammock attach?
The BroncoNest uses two existing holes above the front passenger window, and either the factory rivnuts in the rear roll bar for 4 door models, or a high strength eye bolt above the rear speaker for 2 door models. No drilling or permanent mods needed.
Can I leave the brackets on with the top installed?
Absolutely! The low-profile brackets clear both hard-top and soft-top panels, so you can leave them in place for instant setup.
Will store bought hammocks work?
Unlikely, We designed a custom length hammock setup that is shorter than a traditional hammock so it fits safely inside your Bronco’s cabin while still giving you a comfortable lounge.
