Bucking Adventures Return Policy

At BuckingAdventures.com, every item is hand-crafted with care and attention to detail. Because each product is made individually, small variations in color, stitching, or finish are normal and part of what makes every Bucking Adventures item unique.

Handmade & Custom Items

 

All handmade and custom-made products (including BroncoNest, JeepNest, and other specialty gear) are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. We stand behind our craftsmanship and will make it right if there’s an issue caused by us.

Defects or Damage

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@buckingadventures.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement,
• A repair, or
• A full refund (if the issue cannot be corrected).

Order Cancellations

Because items are often made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to cancel or modify the order.

Shipping & Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
• Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for any approved returns.

Color & Fit Variations

Please note that screen colors may differ slightly from actual materials. Fit and design details are listed in each product description, so please review carefully before purchasing.
